Shipping policy

Orders are delivered by XXLPakket, UPS or GLS. Any shipping costs are shown during checkout, or see the reference at the bottom of this page. You will receive a Track & Trace code from the carriers so that you can follow your delivery. Is the time slot shown not convenient for you? Then you can make a new appointment with the carrier. If no other appointment is made and nobody is present at the time of delivery, costs may be charged.
